where we combine intense cycling with a full-body workout to target both your upper body and legs. With custom playlists I personally mix on Spotify, you'll be motivated by the beat while burning calories and building strength. Our sessions are designed to make you sweat, have fun, and leave feeling energized. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned rider, you'll enjoy a dynamic ride full of great music, challenging intervals, and good vibes!

"It was my very first time to go in the gym as I want to start my fitness journey. I started on the treadmill just walked on it to warm up. Then I was introduced to Valeria who took me throughout a number of machines which worked on my arms, core and legs. Then she got me a program to do some free weights and planks. We ended the session with some stretching. I was amazed at how I got though everything, but I know myself if I had gone in there without Valeria’s encouragement I would not have stayed that long or motivated to be a member of the gym. I found Valeria very encouraging throughout the session. Where I would have done like 5 or 6 squats I was encouraged to keep going. I was super proud of myself after the session as I did more than I thought I could . Valeria is amazing and look forward to my next session with her. I will definitely be taking a before and after video of myself because I believe I will be fitter by the end of the year."
